Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at danielnkatina@gmail.com and we will work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items As all sales are final, we do not accept returns on any items, including sale items, gift cards, personalized orders, or beauty/personal care products.

European Union Customers EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days under applicable law, provided items are in original condition with proof of purchase.
